Elizabeth May took out a Conservative Cabinet Minister. Meanwhile Michael Ignatieff and Gilles Duceppe were unable to hold their own seats and lead their parties to historic losses.
Hooray for Elizabeth May, the only honest and competent person in 41st Parliament of Canada. The only person we can be assured will speak truth to power on behalf of all Canadians.

We are not happy the CON won in our riding, but at least the NDP candidate who was responsible for giving away the St. Mary's Cement DB pension got what he deserved - a spanking at the polls! His loss is a direct reflection of how Local 222 treat their NON-GM members. They will take your union dues and never render service.
Also nice to see the Liberals got the spanking they deserved too.
