Investigative journalism is dead in Canada!!

When was the last time a juicy story broke that was right out there all on it`s own--maybe a great whistle blower piece.

Not in a long time I can say for sure.

Politics & the media in this country are now in a bed of their own---stories are blunted to protect the guilty.

Political parties ply their spin which becomes media mantra.

Once ownership became so concentrated , the unbiased media was no more & it is no wonder that many folks turn to the wild free range nature of the internet.

Thank God for small mercies when the senate gobbles up a hack like Duffy who didn`t have an original thought unless it came from the PMO.

True ... the average Canadian does not actually follow the Senate ... but they are exposed to an excess of CON media in this country.
